Error viewing reports - Cisco Umbrella

I am wanting to see the reports within Umbrella, but when I enter any
Example: Activity search.
And the browser stops responding (use both Chrome, Firefox, EDGE) in Windows 11. The client also uses Mac and the same thing happens.
Now I tried on a newly installed PC with win 10 and it works.
Do you know what the incompatibility could be? system, any extension, application?

May be old browsers, check the version of browsers .

I have the latest version available, I don't know if it will be because of something that I have installed or because I am on Win 11? because on a PC with win 10 it works.

Close all tabs and Try to capture HAR and analyze , process is here https://www.inflectra.com/support/knowledgebase/kb254.aspx . HAR should show what's causing it here: https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/har_analyzer/
