I reported incorrectly categorized websites to https://talosintelligence.com/ but I disagree with the outcome for a resolved ticket. Is there a way for me to dispute the current website category for a resolved ticket? Is there a way for me to follow up on a resolved ticket instead of creating a new ticket?

yes same place raise an ticket, why you do not agree and give justification they verify the information make necessary changes for you if that is valid.
