A-SPK-SH vs A-FLEX-ADD-DEVREG

Hi,

I have a customer that purchased Cisco Room Kits with A-SPK-SH some time ago, they are wanting to renew and i have noticed that Cloud Device Registrations can be added to A-FLEX (A-FLEX-ADD-DEVREG).

Can anyone tell me if there's a difference between these SKUs, is there still a compelling reason to carry on using A-SPK-SH?

A-FLEX seems to be a fixed price per registration whereas A-SPK-SH costs vary depending on the model of device?

Thanks, Simon

A-FLEX(A-FLEX-ADD-DEVREG) is the newer device registration SKU. A-SPK-SH is just an older SKU.

Thanks Dennis.

OK, that makes sense - I'm assuming if you were still to acquire endpoints on MSRP then you would need to use A-SPK-SH and choose the specific device registration, but if you already own the endpoint you would use A-FLEX-ADD-DEVREG to renew the subscription.

Simon,
That is correct. -Dennis
