Add Public Access on Webex Admin server fails

Hi,

I keep on running into this error as shown below. ERROR.DMZ-1

I can resolve the name gijimawebex.gijima.com [197.149.160.152] with 32 bytes of data:

Any ideas where to from here to pass this issue and get my public access going.

Hi Hermanus,

We usually see this kind of an error when there is a network connectivity problem between the Admin VM and IRP VM. Please, ensure that all the network requirements are satisfied.
