Adding federated domain to all jabber users

Hello.

My company wants to have full federation with a partnering company.

Once federated, each user have to accept each user trying to view presence or add "domain.com" to allow list under privacy settings.

My question is, is it possible to add the federated domain as allowed to all users by default?

Unfortunately the white/black list from the clients is configured at client level, and not from a global config.

and there is no local XML file on the PC´s I can push an update to to have the client pick it up as a local setting?
