i currently had issues with a 3nd party vendor application on windows server.
We need to understand issue based on jtapi.logs.

Here what i did so far:
i can adjust a jtapi.ini, which gives me more (=NumTraceFiles) and bigger (=TraceFileSize) logfiles.
But i cannot adjust path (=TracePath). i did in various ways, but could not see, that files are saved in a different folder or local drive letter in windows.
I even thought it is related to this value (=UseSameDirectory)
I could not find a good example for this and ended up in try&error.
Anyone has here details?
