One of my tech's installed Jabber 12 but didn't like it because apparently if you are typing in a chat window and a call comes in, it picks up. So he uninstalled and reverted back to 11. Now he has no chat history and call history. I double checked things in CM and everything is active and registered. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Call logs and chat history is local, you don't pull any of those from any server.
If they uninstalled and the cache/files were removed during the procedure, then that's expected to happen.

I understand that. But now if he makes a call and hangs up, it is not in the history. Or if he chats with someone and closes the window, then reopens it, there are no chats visible.
Sorry for the confusion, I am talking about any new calls since the install.

I have same problem with versions 12.0.1 and 11.9.3 -- can't see call history except chat history.
One of them reinstall Cisco Jabber from 11.8.4 to 12.0.1 and other had new install 12.0.1
