for MCS-7835 alternative Refer EOL document.CMS is the conference resource available(on prem) now.

but CMS we generaly suggest for Video Conference bridge. here i require for only Audio conference bridge option. can we have any option over BE6K where i can deploy Unity connection license or any other way to do this

Use PVDM resources. CMS is not just video conferencing, it can be used for Audio conferencing. have look on dat sheets.

ANY CUCM over ESXi can be a dedicated SW CFB, assuming you only need to use the codecs it supports. Otherwise, use regular or high density PVDMs on ISR 4K, or as Nithin mentioned, CMS can be used for audio only as well.
