I want to register my Samsung Galaxy S II ( v2.3) to UC560 (v8.6.1). Is this possible ?

I have copied cmterm-android_8.6.2v17.cop.sgn. file to flash.Then tried to register my phone but no chance.Phone gives epic fail message like connection failed.Please check your Internet Calling...
Can anybody clarify me?
