Any way to remove req for dialing "1" for PSTN calls

My users are complaining about the req to dial the exit digit plus "1" then the phone number.  Any way to remove that for 10-digit dial?

I opened a case with support on this issue. From the support person:

"I contacted the BU team on this issue and found that they are already working on this issue as many of our customer reported the same requirement in the past.

I do not have an ETA on this at this point of time, all I could see that work has been started on this."

Basically we need the ability to create dial plans for PSTN, either directly through Spark or through the SIP provider.
