Hello,
we have a installation with CUCM and Jabber.
In the Service Profile, we applied a Search Base of e.g.: OU=USERS,DC=DOMAIN,DC=LOCAL
Now do we have a problem that when we search in Jabber for Windows, we get as results also some unwanted users like some OUs, that we don't want to search in.
Like this:
OU=USERS
OU=ANYTHING
OU=SOMETHING
OU=UNWANTED
I applied a Base Filter in the Service Profile:
(&(|(objectclass=user)(objectclass=contact))(!(ou=UNWANTED)))
But without success. Our AD ist configured as Enhanced Directory in the UC Services.
Did i miss anything? Or do i have something to add?
Thanks for your help...
Christian

can you check the jabber config file to see if the search base is actually active?
try this:

Hi,
the jabber-config.xml is applied. We disabled chat with the config.
The Basefilter setting was done from me in the Service Profile in CUCM Configuration. I have more than one service profile. So i don't think that i have more than one jabber-config.xml?
