Audiotext Manager unable to Play/Edit/Record

Hello all,

I was recently introduced to Audiotext Manager and am unable to do any recording of audio files within the app. Whenever I click the "Play/Edit" or "Record" button on any call handler, I get a few error messages:

Window: AdjMmsEng

Message: ### Internal error, cannot load engine Number 1

Window: Microsoft .NET Framework

Message: Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I have listed further details of the above error message at the bottom. Clicking Continue on this message results in the same error message, and clicking Quit closes the program immediately. FYI I am on Windows 10 1903 Build 18362.592, as well as Audiotext Manager v1.0.49. I have tried installing both the 4.8 .NET framework and 4.5.2. I installed the Informix ODBC drivers and am able to use Audiotext Manager normally besides recording.
