Availability of Distribution Lists

Currently in OCS, users are able to add distribution lists as contacts.  This allows the MOC users to contact anyone who is in the distribution lists without having to manually add each individual.  This feature is used by everyone in our organization.

I was unable to add any distribution lists to the Jabber contacts.  When I opened a case with TAC, their response was that this was a bug.

My question are:

If this is a bug, what is the fix and when will it be available?

If this isnt a bug, is there anything on the roadmap to add this functionality?

There's no fix, as it's a sev 6 ad it's new, meaning it's an enhancement, yet, it's still considered a bug

CSCug34460    Ability to add Distribution list as a Jabber group with Users

As it's new, no way to tell you when, or if, it will be included in an upcoming release, if you want to see it, contact you AM and submit a business case so it's presented to the BU and they can take it under consideration.

EDIT: FYI, roadmap questions cannot be addressed on CSC, such need to go thru your SE/AM
