I recently installed Jabber on my MacBook. I can call my Jabber account from two separate videoconferencing solutions I have access to (Cisco and Lifesize) without difficulty. But when I try to call to these systems from my jabber account I get a bad address message. This happens even if I return the received call. I know this is probably an ignorant question, but what am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Make sure you have the correct Calling Search Spaces configured on your Client Services Framework (CSF) device, and on the line associated with the CSF.

where do you see this message?
also is it client dependent, i.e. can you log into for instance a windows client and do you see the same issue? is it an issue across the board?
have you looked at the JABBER diagnostics file yet?
