AXL service in CUCM can be connected UCCX is there any other application can be connected using the AXL.

Cisco Unity Connection, Cisco Emergency Responder, Cisco Workforce Optimization Quality Management....to name a few. The list is practically unlimited, because there is no restriction to who or what can connect via AXL.
