Our CER servers GUI not responded for both PUB and CER , all 911 calls failed and it just gives fast busy tone. We never get any alerts or trigger CER is not working. After restarted throuht CLI admin mode everything back but we lost logs and don't know what is causing CER is not working. Any recommendation what is the best way to check 911 call is working or not without making any configuration change or even not dialing 911? Is there any possibilities to know th root cause of CER are failing?
