Branding CWMS 2.5

The branding for CWMS 2.5 (on-premise) seems to be a lot less capable than that of WebEx Meeting Center. Does anyone know of a way to customize the login page for meetings to make it look less Cisco/WebEx-ish and more tailored to a specific customer?

Hi,

In CWMS 1.5 and later, there is an option for Extended Branding available. It isn't documented and fully approved as there are more features being added, but what exists is working fine. Unfortunately, I don't have the document for CWMS 2.5, but I can e-mail you 1.5 MR2 document that includes information about Extended Branding. We expect this feature to be added permanently in future releases of CWMS and to have easy way of accessing it and publicly facing documentation.

Thanks Dejan. Is there any special trick to uploading an image? I have a 120x32 pixel JPG that is 5KB and it won't upload. It says "File Uploaded Failed".

Many thanks for your response.

I saw that but this does not make the site look less Cisco/WebEx-ish.

The uploaded logo appears on the right while cisco logo still remains on the left.

Plus you can only disable the header background color and not change it.

Is there any further branding that can be done?

Hi Paul,

Only what is under Branding and Extended Brandig options is what is possible to customize. Unfortunately, it is not a lot and won't let you change the appearance completely.
