I'm preparing to install the AQM 11.5 recording package on clients desktop but I'm assuming that I need to uninstall the 8.5 version first. When I try to uninstall it on my clients Windows 7 PC there's one file that says "uninstall me first". When I uninstall that there's no options to uninstall the other 8.5 WFO applications, only the repair option is available. But the "uninstall me first" application keeps coming back. What's the correct process to install AQM 11.5 over AQM 8.5 on client PC's running W7?
