How do you edit the ics attachment? the Join using Skype for Business: hyperlink has "sip://XXXX@myco.com" so with the "sip://" the link doesn't work unless you manually remove it before forwarding the invite.
Did you ever find the root cause for this behavior? I see a bug that is for older versions of Finesse but I'm seeing it on 11.5 as well.

I found that the Ipsec-Trust certificate is missing and that's why the DRF Local service will not start. The recommendation was to restore the subscriber from DRF to get all certificates back. I'm not using this server but only as backup to 3 others ...
