I have a question and would need some advise if there is any solution to this.
Scenario A (Internal): External caller calls in to a user, and the user transfers the call, the incoming call displayed would be shown as the original caller (external) on Jabber for windows when the user who picked up the call presses on the transfer and hangs up.
Scenario B (MRA - Mobile clients): same as the above, but the incoming call always shows the person whom is transferring the call and never the external caller.
Is there something that i may have left out for MRA configuration? Or on the voice router?
Is there a way in UCCE with using an admin script maybe using the email application in Call Studio to send out an email? I know in UCCX you can send out an email if the script were to fail but is there a way to do it in UCCE? Any help would be great!
