J4W 9.6 worked fine on XP machine for almost a month (I made few calls in both directions). Today I uninstalled Cisco Jabber application, deleted "C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Cisco\Unified Communications" directory (with all subdirectories), confirmed there is no more "C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\Cisco Jabber" folder and rebooted XP operating system. Then I installed J4W 9.6.1 and logged in with same credentials I used before and I can see complete call history, even calls that I made 20 days ago?!?
Is there any other folder that J4W is using, apart from the ones I mentioned above?

You have to delete
This folder
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber
and/or
this folder
C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Cisco\Unified Communications\Jabber
(this is a Win7 box paste, but you get the idea)
