Call monitoring cisco jabber

Has anyone ever setup silent call monitoring with Cisco Jabber softphone? If so how did you do it?

The above document gives you a brief about the procedure involving appropriate recording/monitoring application. The configuration also depends on which Call Manager version you are using. Let me know if you face any problem with the mentioned configuration.
