Can not start meeting in webex productivity tools

Hi everybody

need your expert advice 

Can not start meeting in webex productivity tools

this is the message i get

while loading meeting it freeze at last minute

what is wrong please help

I am using windows 7 32 bit platform

Processor intel core i5

Ram 4 GB

i can start meeting from the site webpage using firefox NOT chrome

Any help???
