Cant access SX10N webpage after registering as Spark room
Is the a different set of credentials to access the units once they are registered to Spark rooms.
On a seperate note, the unit was on CE8.2, but automatically upgraded to CE8.3 pre alpha?!

Hi Taranjit, I'm not sure about the CE8.3 upgrade, but after the device registers as a Spark room, the web interface is no longer accessible. See this article:

Hi Marc,
Thanks for that, bit odd as we can't set auto answer or other tweaks. Hopefully they will that available on settings menu or cloud management portal.
Not sure about 8.3 pre alpha upgrade. Clients should remain on a stable load as its a new service, unless they enroll in a beta program.
Also, how's the the room experience on your SX10/20 units?
We see good video quality but a bit of audio lag. Bear in mind our local media node just went live last week.
