CDR Billing SFTP/FTP not recieving CDR files

after configuring the billing server FTP parameters, I don't recieve any files at the FTP server folder

When exactly does the repository manager send the CDR file to the FTP?

In CCMAdmin -> Enterprise Parameters, there's a setting "CDR File Time Interval" that specifies how often CUCM sends CDRs to the billing server.

By default, assuming there is something to send, every minute it will send the flat files.

FYI, this is the Jabber community, might want to try IP Telephony next time.
