CER end user page - webalert and unacknowledge calls

hi Guys,

i am was hoping someone can help pls. one of our clients has this question on the end user page for CER where users login to check web alert of 911 calls.

when 911 is dialed, it provides webalert via end user page. user has the option to acknowledge this call from that page.  as per user doc, it says "when you acknowledge a call, Emergency Responder keeps it in the system for 24 hours. After 24 hours, Emergency Responder removes that call from the Emergency Call Alert window list and that the entry disappears from your Emergency Call Alert window and the Emergency Call Alert window of all on-site-alert personnel in your system"  

the same call can be seen in the call history page .

 

my question is what if you dont acknowledge the call?  we noticed that it was also removed from the emergency call alert window.  question is how long does it keep the un-acknowledge calls in the emergency call alert window before removing it.?
