We've received a couple of reports that occasionally a Jabber client will report that the certificate of one of our IM&P servers is not valid. (We've had this reported on both Windows & Android clients)
If, in the Windows client, you click "Show Certificate" when the certificate alert box pops up, the certificate is then said to be valid.
The certificate is current, and the root & intermediate certificates are loaded onto the IM&P server in the cup-xmpp-trust store.
Anyone seen this before, or have any suggestions?
Thanks,
GTG

What's the version of the Jabber client.
Jabber 9.7 clients certificate errors if it is unable to connect to the revocation server - even if the certificate is valid . 10.x clients do not report revocation check failure

Please provide me the PRT from Jabber client after reproducing the issue - along with the FQDN and IP addresses of the servers.
Also, please make sure that the FQDN is filled in all the areas of configuration as listed in the below document.
