Certificate Not Valid

Hi,

My laptop is still using windows Vista 32 bit, since last month I can't use Cisco Jabber. The error message is Certificate not valid.

My Cisco Jabber version is 10.6. I have tried installing Cisco Jabber version 11 in my laptop, but it's still not working.

Any idea to fix this ?

Hi!

It sounds like the certificate has expired/is no longer valid. You will need to renew the certificate and installing a different version of the client application will not fix this.
