Chat IM history in cross platform

Hi All,

If I want the chat history for the IM to be synced between all platform(android,pc,iphone..etc) , how can I do it ?

I mean, If i chat with someone in pc and I switched to my mobile, I want the same chat to show there. how I can do it ?
