Checking voicemails in Jabber for multiple extensions

So we wanted to use Jabber for users who have answer multiple extensions.  In our case, it would be an extension that is for that user individually but the user also answers an extension for a department.

 

We have zero problem making calls and receiving calls on both extensions but when it comes to voicemail, that's different.  Right now, Jabber is set up so the primary ext is their personal one and the second ext is the dept one.  When using the Call Voicemail link, they can access both mailboxes depending on what extension they chose in the drop down box under the Voicemail pane in Jabber.  However, there is no indication in Jabber that the second ext has a voicemail in the mailbox.  They can only know if there's a voicemail by actually calling the mailbox and manually checking.

 

I found posts from 2018 saying this is not possible but nothing more recent.  Don't know if that feature has been updated or stays the same.  We are running any version of Jabber 12.5 or higher along with Call Manager 12.5
