We recently replaced ARC with CUAC Advanced for receptionists to handle calls.
when calling an operator queue the caller name appears on the operators handset but not in the operator console, on the console it only says "Internal" and then the extension number. Could anyone guide where you configure this to display caller name and number.
CUAC works in association with CUCM and call routing handles by call manager, whenever i encounter such technical problem, restart CUAC services work for me.
As per my understating, it's a CLID issue ?
