Cisco CUC greetings "sorry" hearing before playing greetings

Hello,

 

Anyone knows why "Sorry" hearing while CUC playing greetings .

I dialed call. CUC greetings is played, but before every greeting sorry also played. When i checked greetings in call handler its showing incompatible browser also. Is this any Java Error. Which web browser this works?

Try different browser, Java error was with older version. I don’t remember With 12 such issue.

 

This message gets played for a a user or call handler. Are you using default greeting or personal greetings?

When you hear "sorry" before what you recorded it's most likely because you did not record it under greetings, but under the recorded name.

My personal Greetings.

One thing I noticed is that, In greetings where Music file Need to be uploaded showing a error "Browser nor supported".

Tried in internet explorer, let me check in Mozilla Firefox il update back
