The Jabber will not reset to allow me to configure the "Advanced Settings." Whenever I select the "reset" button, the spinning wheel is displayed and goes away with out reset the configurations. I am prompted with a message saying "The telephony configuration settings are invalid."
I am able to reset Jabber when open the program using my super-user credentials. I can configure the software to the desired setting but when i open the software up with the local login, Jabber still has the old settings.

Hi Glenn,
It would be helpful if you could post your jabber client troubleshooting log (Help > Report a problem) after you receive the error message.

I was able to figure out the problem. Single sign-on was enabled by our head quarters without us knowing. Once the single sign-on settings were updated to meet the requirements for our location, jabber worked properly.
