what is the matrix compatibility to migrate Cisco Unified Presence from 10.5 to 11.x

will i change also Cisco express way version ?

will i change jabber windons version ?

Since IM&P is now "merged" with CUCM, you can find the compatibility matrix for it, along with the CUCM compatibility matrix, all under the main CUCM documentation site.

If you're talking about MRA, most versions only require 9.1(2)SU2+

FYI, if you're going to ask about changing versions, you need to tell what version you're currently running.

You'd only need to upgrade expressways to 8.7 to have full compatibility with CSR 11.x
