cisco jabber: call recording through expressway

All our cisco jabber calls are through expressway. and these calls are inside vpn too. actually there is no need for expressway if we are using VPN. But VPN solution cannot route the end ot end voice calls. Hence we used expressway.

Now we need to record all the cisco jabber calls (both through expressway and not in expressway). How to achieve this and which product can be used for it.

we have CUCM 11.5 and expressway 8.9.

Yes, Expressway X8.11 release is now available. Expressway X8.11 introduced official support for MRA BiB (it was in preview on X8.10(x)).

I would say that any solution that today supports standard BiB-based recording should work for MRA BiB as well ... while to be sure, I would recommend challenging your recording solution supplier (Verba, Nice, ...).

Cisco Expressway X8.11 release introduced MRA Built-in-Bridge Recording. MRA BiB allows customers to extend voice recording solution to Jabber & IP Phones connected over MRA.

Thank you for your reply.

I expressway 8.11 currently available?

Is that feature now available or still as beta version?

Which is the right recording product for jabber client that support expressway ? Any Idea about it?

I didn't get a clue about the call recording product for jabber.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I'll surely go for verba. It has very good opinion. Also client needs some other restriction feature as well which cannot be achieved in CUCM at this moment. Verba can do it seems.

So my choice will be verba. Before that Ill try to get demo license with them

Did you get this working?

No. We didnt try afterward. Client didnt implement any recording solution yet..
