cisco jabber[can't send message to user]

Hello ,

I have problem with cisco Jabber :

Sometimes when I sent message to antoher user ("while user online) with jabber.

I got error : "message could not be delivered cisco jabber"

my version of cisco jabber 11.5.1,
CUP 10.5.2.21900-4,
CUCM 10.5.2.11900-3.

any idea?

Those might be network/routing issues, you'd need to look at the PRT and IM&P logs to see where it failed, if it was from party A to IM&P, or IM&P to party B
