We are running windows 7 and on Domain , getting error "Can not connect to sever" have tried with IP address and domain name, getting same error message. I have some who can connect and she is next to the user same user who can't connect , checked the setup on the user who can coonect and used same on the one who can't same issue same message.
I have checked firewall and disabled that and check IE settings no proxy. Can't seem to find a answer for this.

If you try the credentials from that user on the PC where Jabber works, does it work??
