We are in the process of migrating from Jabber for Windows 11.6 to Jabber for Windows 12.1. Our CallManager and Presence servers are currently on version 11.5.
After installing the Jabber for Windows client and before seeing the login page we are receiving this certificate error: "Revocation information for the security certificate for this site is not available. Do you want to proceed?"
(screenshot attached)
We've seen recommendations like turning off this check in Internet Explorer but that's not practical. If we say 'Yes' to this message we can continue and Jabber will work normally but we would prefer to resolve this issue before we push to the enterprise. We're primarily using Windows 10 machines but that doesn't seem to matter.

Can the machines reach out to the CRL location from the certificates you're using?

It looks like the CRL for the certificates are in this format: ldap:/// ... and it doesn't seem like the Windows machines can use that. I guess that means that I will have to re-create the certificates and create the CRL path as HTTP so that the desktops can access that location.
