Cisco Jabber Custom Emoticons

For custom emoticon i have created folder named CustomEmoticon under Cisco Jabber folder and added emoticon .png 17X17 files with modified emoticonDefs.xml file. But not able to see these under jabber client emoticon symbol while chating. Infact it is gettig Blank and NIL emoticons are visible. Anybody having solution to such issue, plz share.

Also tried latest Cisco Jabber client 11.0 for windows, but still with CustomEmoticon emoticon tab in chat client is becoming blank.
