Hello,

we have noted that after the migration of our computers to Auto-Pilot (MS Azure Intune) the UPN discovery stops of works.

2024-05-27 18:37:53,655 WARN [0x000069e4] [overy\upn\win32\UpnRetrieverImpl.cpp(79)] [service-discovery] [CSFUnified::UpnRetrieverImpl::UpnRetrieverImpl] - Directory service name conversion result (87) - The parameter is incorrect.
.........
2024-05-27 18:37:55,663 DEBUG [0x00006f74] [ces\impl\ucm-config\UdsProvider.cpp(479)] [csf.config] [csf::ucm90::UdsProvider::identifierPreCheck] - no username, no upn available, isDefaultGeneratedEmail: 1

UPDATE:

seem that Cisco Jabber cannot get my domain controller. Like my computer was deployed with AutoPilot, have not a LOGONSERVER, the computer is not in domain:

2024-05-31 13:34:51,278 WARN [0x00006d5c] [overy\upn\win32\DirectoryService.cpp(36)] [service-discovery] [CSFUnified::DirectoryService::DirectoryService] - Domain controller lookup result (1355) - The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.

2024-05-31 13:34:51,279 WARN [0x00006d5c] [overy\upn\win32\DirectoryService.cpp(52)] [service-discovery] [CSFUnified::DirectoryService::DirectoryService] - Directory service bind result (1355) - The specified domain either does not exist or could not be contacted.
