CISCO Jabber Error in software updation

Hello All,

I am facing an error while upgrading jabber 9.6 to 10.5. Bit it is showing Could not connect to software update server. Am I missing some setting in cisco jabber client or what??

CUCM= 9.1.2.10000-28

CIMP = 9.1.1.30000-3

Jabber Client = 9.6

you have automtaic updates configured as mentioned in the below document?

If you have the webserver configured, the server if reachable form jabber PC?
