Load balancing Jabber across CUCM subscribers? (CUCM groups?)

hi folks

I have looked high and low, but I haven't been able to see how to load balance Jabber clients across CUCM servers (as you can with CUCM groups for physical handsets). I may be overlooking something obvious, but can anyone tell me how this is achieved?

Is it a case of load balancing using DNS SRV records (_cisco-uds._tcp) or is there another way?

Hi

For softphone/CSF registration, Jabber will use the configured CUCM group on the device page.

For CTI, you can configure useCUCMGroupForCti to use those same groups to distribute the CTI load.
