We've encountered twice now where a Jabber 4.4 client registered to our VCS has become hung in a dialing loop. The client dials the number which fails and our VCS returns the 401 Reserved Service forbidden-Security Exception-Call Restriction, but then the Jabber client redials continually. We had to exit the client completely to get it to stop dialing. The Jabber clients are running on Windows 7. Has anybody else encountered this symptom? I do have a case open with Cisco and am awaiting a response. We are unable to replicate the issue at will.
