Cisco Jabber line break

We have the issue that Chat messages can sometimes not be send with pressing the enter key. Instead it makes a line break and you are not able to send the message.
This is sadly a little bit randomly and we cannot find a reason when it happens.

Perhaps it is a known issue ?

I am running 9.1.1 Build 12835 Jabber for Windows

Sometimes when I hit Shift and Enter then I get the symptom you are seeing.

Not seen line break issues other than in that scenario.

Maybe when a user is typing just by mistake that sequence gets hit as shift and return on my keyboard at least are very close together.

Hi Ashish,

thank you for your quick respond.That whas the first question that i asked. The Customer confirmed that this not the issue. When the Problem occures they are not able to send messages at all.

Any other ideas?

No sorry. You are going to have to some more digging to find out whether its happens due to other applications, other sequence combinations, are they using virtual desktops? etc...is it happening to the same set of user's but not an known issue AFAIK. rgs ashish
