Cisco Jabber login issue

Hi all

 

We have issues with one user ,he cant login to cisco jabber getting error message as server not found. As per problem report , getting the error message as 'cannot read config file'. While checking and comparing the files with other users , his local config file has only webex -> https://loginp.webexconnect.com/cas/FederatedSSO?.. no other information . We tried reinstall the jabber still the same. Edited local config file , but while launching again it removes details entered and launchng with only webex info.
