Cisco Jabber Mobile - Unable to Forward Voicemail Message

I am using Cisco Jabber mobile version 11.8.2 and when i go my voice messages to Forward Voice Message to another employee extension I receive an error message on my computer from cisco jabber saying "Message not delivered. Unable to send voice message to: <Active Directory UserID>". Could someone explain what is causing this behavior while trying to forward the voicemail via the mobile app for iOS and Android? Also note, I don't have this issue using the desktop cisco jabber client to forward the visual voicemail.
