Cisco Jabber on iPhone - Failure to Connect to Server

Dear Cisco Support Community, 

Seeking advice with connecting iPhone and Cisco Jabber.

When settings are connect to server automatically, I get a Finding Server spinning icon and results in 'Could not discover network service.'

I go to advanced settings and Select Account Type Cisco IM and Presence and input server information: mbacimp01.mbayaq.org  save, put in my login credentials. After signing in... spinning icon results in 'cannot locate server. check your server address.'  problem report is attached.

I have forwarded this issue to internal IT support, and no answer yet. Hoping to get some direction here.  Thank you very much.

It appears this issue is not only happening to me, but to others at our organization as well.
