Users assigned to the subscriber nodes are  unable to log in if High availability is enabled on the cluster. When HA is Enabled, users can log on to both Primary and Secondary servers.

I want to upgrade my CWMS 2.5 to 2.7, so I think I should upgrade it to 2.5MR6 first. After the upgrad, it rebooted, but stay starting system service for several hours. How can I solve it? Thanks.
