Have you setup Push Notification in your CM?

actually no and i got message can't be configured should i enable it , by the way jabber is working fine but the issue that after some time app is going to offline let us say after 15 - 20 min and is not receiving calls but when the app open or i just close it every thing is fine

Well it depends on if you'd want to have APNS working or not. Without setting this up you'll get the exact UX as you have now, ie you will not get notifications for IM or calls after a certain time when the connection times out.

So if I didn't setup push notification i will lose calls after certain time
also if i want to setup do i need license for it or no

If you’d loose calls or not depends on if you have setup Mobile Connect as well for your TCT devices. If you have the call should be extended to the defined destination for the Mobile Identity and as such ring on the mobile number. With a mobile identity Mobile Connect is intelligent in the sense that it extends the call to the Jabber application if it is registered or via APNS if the system is setup for push notifications and the client is logged in to Jabber. If the client logged out from Jabber the call is extended via Mobile Connect to the mobile number.
No there are no license(s) needed for this.
