Cisco Jabber - Remove/disable Decline /Reject button

hi,

this is a recurrent request of the Cisco's customers. is there some news about how disable the Reject (no VM Profile) / Decline (VM Profile) button?

Cisco pushed us to use Cisco Jabber and use it with agents of callcenter and it is very annoyed (due to bad practice of some agents) because we provide a bad experience to our customers.

I guess that for agents is needed to have this option like in early versions.

No. Best you can do is reach out to your AM and let them know you're also interested in seeing that enhancement being integrated into the product.
